Part A: General Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to both the Limited-Time Free Access Offer and the AI Training Offer.

1. Offer Period & Eligibility

• This offer is available exclusively to current New Zealand CA ANZ members for a period of 12 months, from 1 October 2025 to 1 October 2026.

• Members may redeem one (1) of the two available offers during this period. Either the One-Month Free Trial Offer (the Trial) or the AI Accountancy Training Offer (the Training Offer).

• Law Cyborg reserves the right to review, extend, or modify the offer based on program engagement. Any such changes will be communicated via updates to this site.

2. Privacy and Data

• Law Cyborg is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Available at: lawcyborg.com.au/privacy

• User inputs and data generated during the offer period are managed under strict security and confidentiality protocols as per clause 5 of the Subscriber Agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Law Cyborg's liability in connection with these offers is limited to Subscriber's subscription payments, over the last 12 month period.

• This offer operates in a business-to-business context.

  
  Part B: One-Month Free Trial Offer

1. The Trial

• The free Trial provides access to Law Cyborg for 30 consecutive days from the date of activation.

• This Trial is only available to new users joining Law Cyborg

2. Automatic Roll-Over

• At the conclusion of the Trial, your account will automatically convert to your selected subscription.

• You will be billed at the standard monthly rate (plus any applicable taxes) unless you cancel prior to the end of the Trial.

• The current price will be clearly displayed during the sign-up process.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your Trial at any time during the 30-day period to avoid charges.

• The Subscriber may cancel the renewal of the Services at any time via the methods outlined in the Subscription Agreement.

Part C: AI Accountancy Training Offer

1. The Training

• The complimentary session is a live presentation lasting approximately 45–60 minutes.

• Content includes an overview of AI systems, practical integration strategies, and privacy and security considerations.

2. Attendance

• There is no maximum number of attendees per session.

• All attendees must be employed by the CA ANZ member firm that redeemed the offer.

• Law Cyborg reserves the right to hold group trainings with multiple firms/individuals dependent on the volume of requested trainings through CA ANZ partnership

3. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during the training — including presentations, documents, and recordings ('Materials') are the intellectual property of Law Cyborg.

• Materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed outside the participating firm without express written permission.

4. Scheduling

• Training sessions are to be booked through a dedicated scheduling link provided upon redemption of the offer.

• Sessions are subject to availability. Sessions will not be conducted over our annual closedown (20th December 2025 - 15th January 2026)
